Hello all.. Do you remember one of Waroeng CuKa's customer who called AlindA.BQ in the morning just for discounts? Yesterday she was making a messy. Starting on a phone call in the morning (again..) AlindA.BQ was busy so she couldn't answer it, so she talked to Moth3r. She claimed that her pants were over ironed and her white shirt got spots on it. Moth3r told her to bring those laundry to Outlet.

She did it at 08:00 pm. Before that, she was telling Fita that she's going to come at 08:30 pm, but AlindA.BQ told Fita that Outlet will be closed at 08:30 pm so she would have to come before it. After closing, when Fita was returning the bike to the house, she said that customer told her that she still have lots of laundry at home, but she wouldn't bring it to Waroeng CuKa if the service is not good. Fita was just smiling. Moth3r and AlindA.BQ, also Fita were checking the laundry. They were over ironed. But Moth3r and AlindA.BQ were not sure if they were in the package.. (dunno if it is coincidence or not??!). Fita even smelled those laundry and compare to others that were just being ironed. She found them with different smell.. Well, AlindA.BQ then put them on scale to be weight. Total 4 kgs. Ooops, before I forgot.. Something to be noted, she didn't bring a long with her the original order form. (Check: Waroeng CuKa Terms and Conditions, point 8b).

AlindA.BQ then discussed with !Ferry! and telling him that Moth3r refuse doing that customer ever again. She is black listed. He agrees. So we made decision. "Later I would remind Fita and Nur" Moth3r said.

In the evening, AlindA.BQ made a letter as a reply of that customer's complaint. It's saying that, reffer to Waroeng CuKa Terms and Condition point 8b, actually her complaint can not be processed. But to maintain a good relationship so Management of Waroeng CuKa will give her money as a subtitution for her damaged laundry. Total given to her was IDR 28,000.- (4 kgs @ IDR 7,000.-) Moth3r sign the letter and then it was given to Outlet to be handed to the customer.
