Good day, everyone!

AlindA.BQ is going to continue her story about that fussy customer's laundry which she claimed were over ironed.. believe it or not, nobody believe that, even worse, the ironing staff didn't remember any of those pants!! AlindA.BQ and Moth3r gained their beleive that she lied!! But Waroeng CuKa then decided to give her subtitution Rp. 28.000,- with details as follows: the laundry was 4kgs and the price is Rp. 7.000,- for each kilo. So total was Rp. 28.000,- with a letter that said actually her complaint actually wasn't able to be processed because it was more than 1x24 hours and she didn't bring along the original form with her. (See Terms and Conditions point 8b) but Waroeng CuKa wanted to maintain its relationship with its customers so it gave her subtitution.

A day after AlindA.BQ checked Nur what happened when she pickep up those laundry. Nur said the customer was happy about Waroeng CuKa taking a quick response about her complaint. Sooo, everybody were hapy ("were we, Waroeng CuKa??" asked AlindA.BQ.. hehe). But still, to be noted, Waroeng CuKa will not receive any laundry of that customer again, for a better future!
