Hello all!
Alinda.BQ is in Hongkong at the moment.. but only for transit..
Alinda.BQ wants to say thanks to Pae, M0th3r, Ing, Uda, Eda Corry+Amangbao, Eda Tia that share time with Alinda.BQ this morning at the airport.
Well, not much to say rite now.. just wait until Alinda.BQ arrives in Bogota.. got lots of stories!

AlindA.BQ together with Moth3r went to US embassy today to pick up visa. After that issued ticket at Mayapada, it's Delta Airline representative. Actually, both wanted to countinue their trip to Multi, but the weather wasn't friendly enough. Heavy rain! So they decided to go home.
Huuffff, traffic jam in everywhere!! AlindA.BQ and Moth3r were soooo tired!

Today AlindA.BQ is soooo happy, because her USA visa application was approved and can be pickep up next Tuesday ---> Nov 13, 2007. It didn't come so easily.. AlindA.BQ had to wait for hours at the Embassy. She arrived at 07:30 am but she was being interviewed at 11:00 am. Huuuufff, finally.. but it brought joy at last..

Waroeng CuKa was a bit quite this morning, because everybody was full concentrating with what they're doing..
It was weird seeing Waroeng CuKa so quiet.. hmmmm, perhaps everybody was just feeling blue and sleepy.. haha, including AlindA.BQ!! AlindA.BQ today was not in a good mood, blame it to the weather! 
For you, who's still waiting AlindA.BQ's story about Waroeng CuKa being on air with Gerry at Radio Female Studio.. It's located at 23rd Floor, Ratu Plasa Building.. just be patient, let us waiting 'til AlindA.BQ's mood is back..

This morning AlindA.BQ got interviewed by Female Radio Jakarta FM 99.5. It was so excited and real fun! The people were great and the view from the studio was good.. (cos it is high.. other reason was because there wasn't traffic jam downstair)
AlindA.BQ woke up at 06:00 am then directly took shower. It's been a long time AlindA.BQ being away from busy roads in the morning.. haha.. so AlindA.BQ was afraid of being late..
Got in the Ratu Plasa Building at 08:30 am. Thank GOD AlindA.BQ wasn't late for the show, hehe :) Meeting Nina, then had a little chat while waiting for her time to be on air.

AlindA.BQ is going to continue her story about that fussy customer's laundry which she claimed were over ironed.. believe it or not, nobody believe that, even worse, the ironing staff didn't remember any of those pants!! AlindA.BQ and Moth3r gained their beleive that she lied!! But Waroeng CuKa then decided to give her subtitution Rp. 28.000,- with details as follows: the laundry was 4kgs and the price is Rp. 7.000,- for each kilo. So total was Rp. 28.000,- with a letter that said actually her complaint actually wasn't able to be processed because it was more than 1x24 hours and she didn't bring along the original form with her. (See Terms and Conditions point 8b) but Waroeng CuKa wanted to maintain its relationship with its customers so it gave her subtitution.
A day after AlindA.BQ checked Nur what happened when she pickep up those laundry. Nur said the customer was happy about Waroeng CuKa taking a quick response about her complaint. Sooo, everybody were hapy ("were we, Waroeng CuKa??" asked AlindA.BQ.. hehe). But still, to be noted, Waroeng CuKa will not receive any laundry of that customer again, for a better future!

Hello all.. Do you remember one of Waroeng CuKa's customer who called AlindA.BQ in the morning just for discounts? Yesterday she was making a messy. Starting on a phone call in the morning (again..) AlindA.BQ was busy so she couldn't answer it, so she talked to Moth3r. She claimed that her pants were over ironed and her white shirt got spots on it. Moth3r told her to bring those laundry to Outlet.
She did it at 08:00 pm. Before that, she was telling Fita that she's going to come at 08:30 pm, but AlindA.BQ told Fita that Outlet will be closed at 08:30 pm so she would have to come before it. After closing, when Fita was returning the bike to the house, she said that customer told her that she still have lots of laundry at home, but she wouldn't bring it to Waroeng CuKa if the service is not good. Fita was just smiling. Moth3r and AlindA.BQ, also Fita were checking the laundry. They were over ironed. But Moth3r and AlindA.BQ were not sure if they were in the package.. (dunno if it is coincidence or not??!). Fita even smelled those laundry and compare to others that were just being ironed. She found them with different smell.. Well, AlindA.BQ then put them on scale to be weight. Total 4 kgs. Ooops, before I forgot.. Something to be noted, she didn't bring a long with her the original order form. (Check: Waroeng CuKa Terms and Conditions, point 8b).
AlindA.BQ then discussed with !Ferry! and telling him that Moth3r refuse doing that customer ever again. She is black listed. He agrees. So we made decision. "Later I would remind Fita and Nur" Moth3r said.
In the evening, AlindA.BQ made a letter as a reply of that customer's complaint. It's saying that, reffer to Waroeng CuKa Terms and Condition point 8b, actually her complaint can not be processed. But to maintain a good relationship so Management of Waroeng CuKa will give her money as a subtitution for her damaged laundry. Total given to her was IDR 28,000.- (4 kgs @ IDR 7,000.-) Moth3r sign the letter and then it was given to Outlet to be handed to the customer.
Let's see what will happen next.. sooooo, stay tune in here, pals!

Nina was the caller's name.
She said that Female Radio has recieved AlindA.BQ submition for Female Biz Club.
"I did submit but I thought it was only online", AlindA.BQ suprised her self.
Nina said that next Thursday AlindA.BQ will be on air!!! waaaaawwwwww!!!!
Hmm, she said the programme will start at 09:00 am so AlindA.BQ has to be there at least at 08:30 am. Hmmm, quite early yah, hehe.. it is located at 20th floor of Ratu Plasa Building.

Today everything is back to normal.
Two shifts again.
But it is still a bit quiet in the neighborhood.
Tom Fita and Nur will be spreading brochures again.
Waroeng CuKa will be closed for one and a half hours, at around 11:30 am to 01:00 pm.
Hoping that everyone is back from their hometowns, relaxing while waiting for the day to back to work..

First day after Lebaran holiday!
Opened at 09:00 a.m today and will close at 07:00 p.m.
First customer was Mr. Lukman.
He dropped his laundry on his way to his office.
Today he's going to Surabaya, his hometown.
So, he's going to the office only to put his moto.
After a while, AlindA.BQ went back home together with Mr. Lukman's laundry.
Today Waroeng CuKa got 6 packages of laundry.
Not bad, hah?! 'though AlindA.BQ never likes that number.. hehe
Welly helped Fita to bring home those other 5 packages. Thanks, bro!

Remember one of Waroeng CuKa's customer who called at 07:00 a.m only for discounts? She came today and brought 15 kgs of her laundry.. Actually she also had 3 pcs denim pantalons but when she found out that it have to be separated, then she took it back home. AlindA.BQ was just smiling when Fita detailed the story.
Today was Nur's last working day before the Lebaran holiday. She will be on holiday starting tom: Friday, 12th October 2007 until Monday, 15th October 2007. Fita will be in charge alone. Alinda.BQ is stand-by.

A few days ago, Fita and Nur were like 'cacing kepanasan' hehe..
I said so because they were calling AlindA.BQ over and over again to check if laundry of Bono is still at home. AlindA.BQ said no, it's already brought to Waroeng CuKa's Outlet.
Then AlindA.BQ asked them to call another customer whose laundry was on the same day as Bono. And it's right, it's with her. Thank her that she (her mother, actually..) wanted to return it to Outlet. AlindA.BQ then told to Fita and Nur that next time they should be more carefull..
